You are requesting a bed space in Double Room 2ab:

• This room is located in apartment 1 (APT 1)

• This apartment is shared by 6 students

• Whether this APT is mixed-gender, girls-only, or boys-only is determined each semester and is subject to change. If the gender issue of the APT is an essential selection criterion for you, please ask explicitly in the online form how the ‘APT is gendered: whether you wish for a boys-only or girls-only APT. If you do not give any information in the online form, then we will think that a placement to a mixed-gender APT is okay for you.

The apartment is composed by:

• 2 single bedrooms

• 2 double bedrooms

Shared spaces:

• 2 bathrooms with shower

• 1 kitchen/dining room

• 1 outdoor terrace
   

Possible rent period's:

• Mid-August to Mid-February | winter semester  |  6-month

• Mid-February to Mid-August | summer semester  |  6-month 

• We do not offer any shorter rent period | 6-month minimum

Rent & Deposit Payments:

• 495 Euro monthly rent for the 1-bed place in this double room

• 990 Euro deposit  | we ask 2-month rent as deposit

 

Additional one-time payments:

• 150 Euro:
  By moving-in will be charged a non refundable, one-time service fee of 150 Euro for:
  laundry voucher-key for 1 washing, renting of bed linen and final cleaning.

• 36 Euro
  By moving-in will be charged a non-refundable, one-time state tax fee of 36 Euro for:
  Rent contract registration. This is an Italian government tax.​

• 2 Euro
  By moving-in will be charged a non-refundable, one-time state tax fee of 2 Euro for:
  Contract tax-stamp. This is an additional Italian government tax.​

• 1673 Euro Total first payment:
  The first «total payment» before moving-in is 1673 Euro
  (1st month rent 495 € + deposit 990 € + service fee 150 € + state rent contract registration fees 38 €)
   

• After the first payment of 1673 Euro, which includes the 1'st month rent payment,
  you pay monthly for the next 5 month 495 Euro.

• The rent must be paid on the 1st day of the month for the current month. 

The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE!
This means, that all the charges for electricity, water, heating, Wifi, waste collection, furniture, decoration are included in your rent. No other hidden or extra monthly costs will be charged!

Cleaning:​

• It is expected that the APT cleaning is mutually organized by the students themselves.

• Your room must be cleaned by yourself.

• The kitchen needs to be cleaned up by the students themselves.

• The dishes need to be cleaned up by the students themselves.

• Bathroom and Toilets need to be cleaned up by the students themselves.

 

Cleaning Service:

• An extra paid cleaning lady for cleaning the toilets and the apartment can be arranged on request.

• The price for a cleaning lady is 15 Euro per hour and has to be paid by the students directly to the cleaning lady.

 

Garbage separation:

• The kitchen garbage separation  (Paper / Plastic / Glass / Bio) needs to be done by the students themselves.

• The garbage needs to be by stored by the students themselves to the house condominium garbage containers.

• The garbage containers are located in the inner courtyard of the condominium.
